FBC Sugar Land and FBC Muskogee overlapped on a Plan B construction project the first week of November 2012. Due to Mexican government red tape, we were denied permission to construct the 3rd and 4th floors on the Clínica de las Américas and went ahead to another project which enhances the Aldama compound, creating worship/education space for conference attendees. This answers the need for allowing several groups at a time to split up and have separate meeting places.
