Agricultural

Providing for the People

Along with raising animals and cultivating potatoes, onions and other veggies, over 2,000 apple trees have been planted over a three year plan in order:

  1. to help provide food for local families
  2. to help create a sustainable crop year after year so that workers can stay at home and work instead of having to travel to labor at other agricultural areas away from their families.
  3. to establish this area of Cienégia Prieta as an agricultural center so that they can produce not only food for the locals, but also to earn profits to add to the local economy.

Christ is Our Savior of Waco, Texas supported the agricultural work with GAP, along with other construction projects for over two decades. We are grateful for their long-term support.
